Two of Connecticut best prep football athletes have been invited and will be attending the nation’s top prep football all-star camp, Football University’s TOP GUN, taking place at the Warhill Sports Complex in Williamsburg, Va., from Thursday, July 21 to Saturday, July 23. Being a part of TOP GUN means that these players are the best at their respective positions.

They are: Kevin Carney, DB (King Low Heywood Thomas) and Jackson Nye (Hand), WR

2011 TOP GUN Details:
WHO: More than 1,000 elite youth and high school football players from across the country; Approximately 100 current and former NFL players and coaches.
WHEN: Thursday, July 21 – Saturday, July 23; on-field training begins at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and 10:30 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday. Media welcome anytime.
