The kids didnt lose this game the Coaches did! These guys should have never abandoned the spread offense for the I. First...We are built for the spread, we are faster and quiker then anyone. Second....the kids are comfertable with it they have run it for the past 4 years! Third.... are lineman cant block for the I all game and be expected to dominate on defense the way they did under the spread?(think about it for a minute-spread O ball gets across line of scrimmage quiker .vs I where you need to sustain your blocks longer...lyman hall put points up,cross put points up before that under the spread top D in our league!) and 4th and lastley WE WERE #2 IN THE STATE UNDER THE SPREAD! Hey Lucey I hear Pop Warner is in need of some Avg. Coaches to coach above Avg. Kids!
