What a difference a year makes.

Last season the Seymour football failed to win a game and finished at 0-10.

The Wildcats actually entered this season on a 13-game losing streak, with their last victory coming in October of 2009.

Seymour snapped the skid with a season-opening victory over O’Brien Tech on Sept. 14.

Another win followed the next week over Sacred Heart. On Sept. 30, the Wildcats rallied for a 12-6 overtime victory over Kennedy. For its efforts, Seymour was voted the Register Team of the Week.
