GET OUT AND GO

Hand (3-0) vs. Cheshire (2-1), Thursday, 7 p.m. at Falcon Field, Meriden:
How will Cheshire respond after suffering its first loss of the year to Xavier last week? Xavier rushed for 390 yards in the win, something that the Rams are likely concerned about. Hand, though, is primarily a passing team, but the Tigers are capable of running the ball effectively, too. Both teams use a no-huddle, spread offense, which could make for an exciting, and possibly high-scoring, affair.
