Torrington RB Brenden Lytton carried 25 times for 427 yards and six touchdowns, and he also threw a touchdown pass, in a 66-28 win over Wolcott.

Northwest Catholic defeated Weaver 52-0. The Indians won by more than 50 points, which is against CIAC rules. According to the rules any team that wins by more than 50 points, the winning team's head coach will be suspended for one game. Hopefully, we'll get a ruling soon as to whether or not the CIAC will suspend NWC coach Mike Tyler for next game against Bloomfield on Friday.
