Former NFL standout Tebucky Jones was named head coach at New Britain, his alma mater.
Jones, 36, replaces Paul Morrell, who went 36-25 in six seasons, including 1-9 in 2010. Read the story from the Hartford Courant here.
Also from the Courant, Scott Daniels has been hired at Glastonbury, replacing Pete Pfeffer, a former Register All-State coach of the year who resigned in December.
